How can we help?
Write to us and a real person - usually the baker who built the app - answers, normally within two working days.
Email us: hei@bakedaddy.appDelete your account
Deleting your account removes your recipes, your kitchen, your bake log and your usage data from our servers for good. Recipes saved only on your phone stay there until you delete the app.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm, and it's done at once.
No longer have the app? Email us from the address you signed in with and write "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
Cancel Pro
Pro is billed by Apple. Cancel in BakeDaddy under Settings → Manage subscription, or in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription on its own.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for purchases in the App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Common questions
Do I need a sourdough starter?
No. BakeDaddy bakes with yeast: from a quick loaf today to an overnight no-knead boule.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Recipes are worked out on your phone without a network. Only Ask BakeDaddy and looking up a new flour need a connection.
iPhone only?
iPhone first. Android is planned - join the waitlist and we'll tell you when.
What does it cost?
Making recipes is free. Pro - Ask BakeDaddy, your own flour shelf and blends - is a monthly subscription with a free trial. The price comes at launch.
Do I need an account?
No. An account is optional. It keeps your recipes in step between phones.
What happens to my data?
As little as possible leaves your phone. The privacy policy says exactly what does, and why.
